On site, there are 3 ways to update your payment information:
- Go to your account page and click on "Edit" next to your payment method. Once you have updated the payment method, return to your account page and check if the information is correct.
- You can edit your billing information when you ship your box. Simply click "Edit" on the Payment method during the order confirmation step.
- If purchasing a gift, the payment method defaults to the card on file, but you can edit it in the gift purchase flow during the billing step.
Note that any of the updates above will update your default payment method on file and that card will be charged for your subscription going forward unless you update it.
On our app, there are 3 ways to update your billing information:
- Go to "My account" in the menu on the left side of the home screen. Scroll down to "Billing Info" and click "Add." Enter your new billing information. Note that you cannot edit the existing method, you have to enter all of the information separately due to security reasons. Once you have updated the payment method, check if the information is correct on your account page.
