Then please also check your USPS tracking number listed in your order history. If more than 2 business days have passed after the estimated delivery date, please contact Member Services.
If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please update your address in your account section and contact member services to arrange a reshipment.
If your order has been returned to sender (you can see if your box is in this status by clicking on your tracking number on your order history page), please check your address on your account and contact member services by filling out this form to arrange a reshipment.
